All Imperial Arms 3D products are custom-made to order. Most orders are prepared and shipped within approximately 6–10 weeks, depending on the item, finish option, current production volume, and order complexity. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete. Domestic and international transit times may vary because of carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We ship internationally where permitted. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees assessed by their country. Tracking information will be provided when the order ships. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed.

Because every Imperial Arms 3D product is custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been placed. If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has a confirmed production defect, please contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair assistance, or another reasonable solution. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, ordinary wear, or accidental handling is not covered.

By placing an order with Imperial Arms 3D, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the product description, production timeframe, shipping policy, and cancellation, return and refund policy. Our products are non-functional, fan-made prop replicas intended for display, collecting, costuming, photography, filmmaking, and similar lawful purposes. They are not designed or manufactured to discharge ammunition. Because products are handmade and custom-finished, minor variations in surface texture, paint, weathering, dimensions, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the custom production process and are not considered defects. Product photographs are representative examples. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, monitor settings, production improvements, or individual finishing. Customers are responsible for complying with all laws, venue rules, event policies, transportation requirements, and import regulations that apply in their location. Imperial Arms 3D may refuse or cancel an order when necessary because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inaccurate customer information, legal restrictions, or circumstances that make fulfillment impractical. If Imperial Arms 3D cancels an order before production or shipment, the customer will be notified and any applicable payment will be returned. Imperial Arms 3D is an independent, fan-made prop shop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lucasfilm Ltd., The Walt Disney Company, or their affiliates.
