This is a made to order Custom V4 Imperial Biker Scout Trooper Helmet. The V4 helmet is an improved version of all the previous ones and features more accurate details over all along with other improvements. Ask us for a size chart if you are unsure about sizing. This helmet is assembled from a 3D printed PLA plastic and is then smoothed and painted. All other details are then applied. I also take the time to add a high gloss effect through out the helmet to make it look more like the original prop. All black venting is made from black vinyl spandex. The cushions are FMA foam helmet pads which are attached by velcro and are easily removable AND washable. There are also dual ducted fans which are plugged into a rechargeable battery pack via USB. The visor is one way mirrored so people CANNOT see your eyes but you can see them clearly. All graphics are made from high quality decals.
 
THE "DIY HELMET" OPTION IS FOR A PRINTED SET OF PARTS WHICH YOU CAN ASSEMBLE AND PAINT ON YOUR OWN.
 
We recommend sanding by hand with 220 grit sandpaper and working up to 400-600 grit for final smoothing.

I offer the helmet fully finished and kitted or unkitted with only the main white helmet pieces smoothed and painted gloss white which you can then take and finish on your own.

For the speaker system I prefer the ICOMM imperial communication System which includes:
•Control Box
•VoiceBooster MR1506 (Aker) 10watt Voice Amplifier
•Mic with bendable head band
•Removable Shoulder Strap for Speaker (I prefer to use the clip on the back of the speaker instead)
•Speaker Charging Cable
•Optional Push-to-talk button and wire
•Extra double male ended audio cables

The helmet stand is printed in silk silver PLA and makes a very nice display for when you aren't trooping!

For the hearing assist system I use Ukswrath's 5V Stormtrooper & Costume Hearing Assist System
which includes:
•5v Hearing Assist Amplifier PCB with power switch/volume control insulated in a black sleeve
•2 ultra sensitive microphones connected via two 15" black insulated audio cables
•Power supply - 9v single battery pack enclosure with on/off switch
•Cloth covered 91db speakers connected to a 3.5mm audio jack via a black 50" audio cable with additional volume control for easier access.

Since scout troopers were light scout sniper units, their armor was noticeably lighter than normal stormtrooper armor. Their helmets had visors derived from macro binocular scopes that allowed them to see longer distances, for sniping and reconnaissance purposes. These visors also equipped with terrain-following tactical readouts, and were capable of detecting energy emissions, night vision, and designated target magnification. On their torso, the armor had several packs, allowing the trooper to carry various equipment. Their power unit backpack was also modified to act as a storage backpack for various gear. In addition, the built-in comlink systems in their helmets were also boosted to ensure long-range distance calls. Most of the equipment they carried was used for survival and camping, as they did much of it during long scouting treks. Scout troopers were trained and equipped to be able to survive without assistance from other Imperial forces for long periods of time.

Alot of love goes into this process and I believe it really comes out in the final product!
